TERMS AMD CONDITIONS
1. Family Plan: two children, 11 years and below sharing room with adults and not requesting extra bed, are free of accommodation charge excluding meals. Rates for children requesting extra bed includes breakfast & dinner. Crib for infant is provided free of charge.
2. We require Agents to make reservations, revisions, postponement, amendments and cancellations in writing duly acknowledged by the Resort.
3. We require valid Tour or Service Voucher prior to or upon guest’s arrival.
4. We reserve the right to release finalized bookings that are not guaranteed by deposit and to levy charges on bookings that will be cancelled, postponed, revised or amended.
5. Check-in time is 2:30 p.m ; we are unable to guarantee ready rooms for early arrivals, however, we accommodate them if the rooms are ready for occupancy even before check-in time. Checkout time is 2:00 noon; Request for extension of stay shall be subject to space availability on departure day.
